Aside from being mixed with tea, Osmanthus can also be infused as the way it is or it can also be as a base to make jelly, pudding or mixture in cooking.

To brew in 500ml teapot, 1 spoon and infuse with hot water. It can be infused for about 3 times. Taken pure or with honey or ice.
